Founder and Chief Executive OfficerJake Hobson is a data centre infrastructure specialist with over a decade of technical experience in mission-critical environments, specialising in commissioning, electrical infrastructure, integrated systems testing and operational readiness. With a background spanning hyperscale data centre delivery, Jake has extensive expertise in critical power systems, mechanical and electrical infrastructure, commissioning management, technical due diligence and end-to-end project execution. As Founder and CEO of Hobson Infrastructure, he combines deep technical knowledge with commercial expertise in data centre development, capacity leasing, AI/HPC infrastructure and strategic partnerships, supporting complex infrastructure projects across international markets.
Terence Illing
Hobson InfrastructureTerence serves as Associate Director at Hobson Infrastructure, supporting the technical and commercial delivery of mission-critical data centre infrastructure projects across international markets. His role encompasses data centre development, technical coordination, infrastructure planning, commissioning oversight and project execution, with a focus on ensuring complex electrical and mechanical systems meet stringent performance, reliability and operational requirements. Working across hyperscale, colocation and AI/HPC infrastructure environments, Terence supports strategic project delivery, technical due diligence and stakeholder coordination, helping bridge engineering requirements with commercial objectives.
