We work with brokers, introducers, operators, vendors and capital partners under written terms. Tell us how you would like to work together and we will come back to you.
Ways to partner
- Company partnership: a standing arrangement between our firms, for example shared coverage of a market or a service line.
- Broker or introducer partnership: co-brokerage of specific mandates, with fee sharing agreed in writing before any introduction.
- Referral partnership: a referral agreement for leads you pass to us, or we pass to you.
- Operator or site partner: operators and owners who want their capacity represented.
- Vendor or equipment partner: suppliers of power, cooling and critical equipment for the projects we support.
- Investor or capital partner: funds and investors with mandates for data-centre assets and powered land.
All partnerships are documented in writing, with non-circumvention on both sides. Please do not include confidential client details in the request; we will arrange an NDA first.
