Scope
- Commissioning strategy, programme and budget
- Level 1 to level 5 scripts: factory, pre-functional, functional and integrated systems testing
- Witnessing and sign-off of UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, CDUs and BMS
- Liquid-cooling loop commissioning for high-density halls
- Issue logs, re-tests and the final commissioning report
On-site support
An experienced engineer on site to represent you during vendor deliveries, installation, energisation and the weeks either side of go-live.
- Site surveys and condition reports for acquisitions and leases
- Vendor and contractor supervision during installation
- Witnessing factory and site acceptance tests
- Snagging, close-out and handover documentation
- Standing in for an owner's or tenant's team on site
