Hobson Infrastructure brokers data centre capacity and delivers the engineering behind it. Through our marketplace we match operators, landowners and investors with the neoclouds, AI companies and hyperscalers that need megawatts now: operating facilities, powered shells, powered land, colocation and GPUaaS, for sale, lease or joint venture.
Our consultancy side comes from more than a decade of hands-on work in mission-critical environments. We provide independent commissioning management, technical due diligence, project management and delivery, and engineers on site to represent our clients from basis of design to ready-for-service.
Because the same people broker the deal and understand the plant room, our clients get capacity that has been checked, not just listed, and projects run by a team that knows what the end user is buying. We work from Dubai and Geneva across Europe, the Gulf, India, Asia-Pacific and the Americas.

Fees
Agreed in writing with the party we represent before any introduction. Buyers of capacity are not charged unless we have agreed to act for them.
